Caution Deposit Refund

50% of caution deposit is refundable upon leaving the school on production of original deposit receipt.

Important Notes

  1. Our school is an unaided institution which receives no funds or grants from the government or any agency.
  2. The school is run as a not-for-profit institution and fees are fixed accordingly. The fees are fully utilized to provide quality education, retain excellent faculty, maintain a student-friendly campus and infrastructure.
  3. For better convenience of the parent, the school is providing direct online payment option through the Parent Portal in My Class Board software.
  4. Parents must obtain duly signed and sealed receipts for all amounts paid and all original fee receipts shall be produced, if required by the management.
  5. Costs incurred for School conveyance, Extra-curricular activities, Stationery Items, Functions & Celebrations, E-services, Canteen, Special tuition & training, Medical Expenses etc. are payable as and when applicable.
  6. Scholarships for financially backward students will be available for those who produce scholarship certificate issued by the Trust.
  7. Caution deposit is payable for all students, 50% of which will be transferred to common damage fund and 50% of which may be refundable at the time of leaving the school on production of original deposit receipt.
  8. All fees shall be paid in advance within the due dates notified in the School Diary, to avoid fine.
  9. Fees once paid will not be refunded fully or partly under any circumstances.
